Do I have to pay anything out of pocket?

No, we do not charge you anything in the beginning, the middle, or end of the case. We will NEVER ask you for a check. You can worry that no matter what happens, good or bad, you will not have to pay out of pocket.

How long is the statute of limitations to file?

With wrongful termination of public policy, you have two years from the last day of work or last date of incident. For wage and hour claims you have three years. For FEHA claims, you have 3 years. Call us today to determine whether you can still file a claim.

What information do you need from me in order to get started?

We know your time is important and we want to minimize how much we take of it. We need your job dates, title, pay, hours worked, and a paystub. If you do not have a paystub we can request it on your behalf.
